Units are restricted to single-household residential and not for commercial purposes or short-term rentals.

Are there any leasing restrictions?
Owners must notify the Corporation of the names of the tenants and provide a lease summary.  It is the owner’s responsibility to ensure tenants comply with Corporation’s Declaration, Bylaws, Rules, and Policies.

What are the parking rules for residents?
Residents must park in their designated parking space only. Parking areas cannot be used for storage of derelict or recreational vehicles.

What are the parking rules for visitors?
Only bona fide visitors to a unit that may use the designated visitor parking areas.

Are there restrictions regarding changes to the common elements?
Yes, any changes to the common elements, including exclusive-use common elements, require written Board approval before work begins.
